BREAKAGES AFTER PURCHASE
Unfortunately sometimes breakages occur. When they do it can be upsetting especially when the item is unique.
Whilst I am not responsible for the breakage once you have received it, if you do break an item purchased from Gizeco Glass you can purchase a 'similar ' replacement.
For customer loyalty I offer a 15% discount on breakage replacements.
I keep a record of each item crafted and whilst the replacement won't be identical , I will endeavour to recreate it as near as and I hope it will in some way compensate for your original loss.
Sometimes breakages occur in transit - if this happens and you would like a replacement please send a photograph of the damaged piece as soon as it arrives (via email to [email protected]) and I will send a replacement as soon as possible. It will take me a few days to work on the replacement item, however I will email you with a timescale.
If you require a refund instead because the item arrived damaged please refer to my refund policy procedure and send me an email at [email protected] with a picture of the broken item and wrapping.
