RETURNS & REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping at Gizeco Glass. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day you receive it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and you will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
I recommend any returns posted are sent by recorded delivery as unfortunately I cannot accept liability for any items lost in during the return process.
If you are returning goods from outside the UK please write on the customs declaration it is a return of unwanted goods.
Any custom duties charged to me for returning the goods back will be deducted from your refund.
*Please note that personalised items/earrings/final sale items are non-returnable.
Unfortunately I do not offer free returns when returning unwanted items.
NOTIFICATION OF RETURN
Once your returned order has been processed I will email to let you know.
If you do not receive an email from me within 14 days please contact me at [email protected].
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item.
I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
I will refund your money as soon as I can, though please allow up to 14 days
for your refund to processed from the day I receive the return.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore, I do not have any control over the described time frame.
If your card has expired or has been declined I will arrange with you another method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your package in due time Royal Mail will automatically send your package back to Gizeco Glass. I am under no circumstances held responsible for unclaimed parcels or if the address provided at checkout is incorrect. Should your package get sent back to me a refund will be processed for you automatically minus shipping costs and a 15% processing fee. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered or collected within the necessary time frame.
