Thank you for visiting and shopping at Gizeco Glass. Please find the following terms and conditions that constitute my Shipping Policy. Unfortunately there is only one of me. I do not employ anybody else to help me with orders, or shipping, or creating the unique pieces available on my website. Everything I do is made with love and by my own two hands – no one else is involved. As an artist I care deeply about what I do and how well I do it for you. Your experience as a customer/visitor, from beginning to end really does matter!
Processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
For personalised orders
I need a little more time to create your unique personalised piece, so please allow an additional 2-4 days processing time, for the basic designs shown on my website.
I am happy to work on commissioned pieces. Please email me directly at [email protected] with your request.
Please also note that a commissioned piece is involves more work then the standard times above which will not apply – However, I will be in direct communication with you to ensure that both of us are happy with the guide timescales and deadline.

Once your personalised piece has been created your order will be shipped using signed/or a more secure method of delivery – standard delivery does not apply to personalised work as the item is a true unique piece which cannot be replicated, therefore in my eyes as an artist it is precious indeed and will not be shipped by standard means.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order I will always get in contact with you by your preferred method wither that is by phone or email.
Cut off times
Next day delivery orders within the UK must be placed by 11am to be received the next working day. Orders made after this time will be shipped on the next available working day. Orders received on Friday – Sunday, will be processed on the next available working day, which is Monday.
Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. Please note I am unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

International delivery
Unfortunately because of past issues with parcels not arriving once they have left the UK and when they have reached their destination country I am currently not delivering items outside of the UK. This will change in the future when I find a reliable courier to transport glassware safely and reliably, meanwhile please join the mailing list if you would like to be kept informed of any changes to deliveries outside of the UK.
If you miss your delivery
If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your package in due time Royal Mail will automatically send your package back to me. I am under no circumstances held responsible for unclaimed parcels or if the address provided at checkout is incorrect. Should your package get sent back to me, a refund will be processed for you automatically minus shipping costs and a 15% processing fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements to have the parcel redelivered or collected within the necessary time frame.
I am unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact Royal Mail with your order directly.
Can I change/cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you have changed your mind once an order has been placed and want to change something or cancel it I may be unable to make any changes or cancel your order depending on what time I processed your order. In the first instance if not much time has passed since making an order please send me an email at [email protected] and I will see if I can help. If your order has already been despatched you can return your order once you have received it. Please drop me an email at [email protected] in the first instance.
PO Box numbers etc.
I am unable to deliver to PO Box numbers BFPO addresses, mail forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the undamaged delivery of your Gizeco order; it is also because most of my orders require a signature for delivery as most items are sent via signed for delivery.
